Hey everybody, I don't know who reads my posts but hopefully somebody does.

First off, I'd just like to say I made a new submission to the audio portal a couple days ago. It's called Oppression, look it up and I hope you like it.

Now, what I'd like to see. I'll describe it some. Both are for the "serious shorts" category.

1) ZOIDS. I am a HUGE Zoids fan, and it has some serious good animation. I know there are many people on Newgrounds that are seriously talented artists. I would like for someone to make a thick plotted story of Zoids. If anybody is interested I might be able to come up with something, a script of sorts. I may start doing that in college, who knows.

2) DARE TO DREAM. This is an OLD computer game from like, 1993? by Epic MegaGames (Epic Games), and its about a boy named Tyler Norris who is very stressed out, has wicked nightmares upon which this RPG of sorts you move the boy around the area, you're looking through his eyes and stuff. The game itself is simple and kinda cheesy, but the plot behind it is amazing. There's one scene from Dare To Dream 3: Christian's Lair, Christian being the bad guy,anyway there is a place called the River of Sorrow, and there is a boy in the icy cold river, tied down by a weight and just lays in the river face-up, crying. It is honestly depressing, I played this game when I was about 6 and the music from the scene as well as the picture has left me forever touched. I even found the old floppy disk game just to play it again and see the scene. There's also a cool place where in the grove you find a rotted soldier and he wants an honorary burial, and its pretty touching too. I'd love to see someone willing to do this reenact these places. You can look everything up on Wikipedia and even download the music from places, its easy to find. Of course some tracks are VERY cheesy and just plain stupid, but some are awesome. Anyway, I'll let you ponder on this.

Hey everyone!

I'm mainly writing to tell everyone that I submitted a song I recorded last night. It's not 100% perfect, but probably about 97%. I have some issues with timing using my audacity program and like the slightest lag on this computer will mess it all up. It bites horribly. So if anyone has any suggestions how I can stop this lagging (besides going out and buying a new computer which I DO plan on doing soon, mainly for college) please let me know. My song is called Bleeding Daylight, along with my new project I've started. And I'm getting farther on it than I did Kool Keys Kev (because it was temporary) Its a soundtrack... I put it under the trance genre but really it can be under that, or rock, or just a number of genres... not so much metal though. Okay I'm blabbing, sorry I'm just real excited about it.

Also I have a thought... you know the little mini-flashes that play on the main page of Newgrounds? There's the one where the boy is sitting in his room playing guitar "We're two different people we share the same heart, blah blah blah" it would be hilarious if after the kid says F you, he pulls out a metal guitar and just starts screaming these real evil jams and screams and like blows him away. Okay I'm done c ya

This is mainly to say don't expect any flash animations from me, although I would kill to make one. Now what I CAN do is provide ideas and such. Also, I am a musician and I may post some music in the audio portal, but seeing as I'm working on a band I will only post music that I don't believe would be stage-quality (it won't mean its going to suck tho! :P)

My first order of business... ANYONE WHO MAKES ANY ANIMATIONS WITH ZOIDS IN IT I WILL AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU 10/10 RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect any immature "That was dumb as f***" comments from me. I'm not afraid to rate a 0/10 if it does suck, but I'm not gonna call you stupid or anything... unless you are :P

I want to send a shoutout to the author of Super Mario Bros. Z, that's the best thing going on Newgrounds.

So anyway, I'll see what I can do music-wise for you guys. I'll probably wait until I can get into the recording studio of a local band I know around here. I would be thrilled to watch a movie or play a game with my music in it! So since I've wasted my time and proven how much of a low-life I am (kidding), I'll get outta here. I'm happy to be a newgrounds member now! so... go check out the picture I sent, my piece of junk Squier Bullet... I'm aiming for Schecter or Ibanez! And if you're wondering, Live Fish is the local band I was talking about. Check em out :)
